Ali Landry Monteverde

Ali Landry, an American beauty pageant contestant, actress and model who was awarded Miss USA in 1996, is an American model and actress. After watching the 1970 film "Love Story" Her mother named Ali in honor of Ali MacGraw. She has French (Cajun), Cajun roots, and was born in Cecilia Louisiana in which she attended to Cecilia High School. At high school she was the leader of the cheerleading squad and won the title of 'Miss Louisiana Teen America. She was just 17 years old. After winning the Miss USA title, she also won the Miss Louisiana USA title in 1996.' In 1997 she made her acting debut as an actress in the TV series "Clueless". In 1998, she achieved notoriety by playing the "Doritos Girl" for her role in the Super Bowl commercial for 'Doritos. Her film debut came in the film "Beautiful" in 2000. In the ensuing years she was a part of many TV and film productions. She has also been mentioned in a number of'most wanted women' lists.
